Google supports HTTP/3 in the release channel.

Enable Google Chrome HTTP/3 support

Chrome’s HTTP/3 support is typically enabled by default. To ensure it is enabled, visit chrome://flags/#enable-quic and set Experimental QUIC protocol to Enabled.
